The role focuses on ensuring the replacement of unfilled nursing shifts and updating the Kronos scheduling system. It also involves communicating revisions to nursing personnel and managers to maintain efficient work plans.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least six months of clerical and scheduling experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Kronos is required, with experience in unionized environments considered an asset.

Permanent part time for up to 12 months (shifts 8 or 12 hours - 6am to 6pm/ 11am to 11pm / 6am to 2pm / 3pm to 11pm).
