The Social Worker provides professional interventions to help clients and families cope with health-related issues. They support Program Managers to ensure client goals are met in alignment with the Saskatchewan Health Authority's mission.
Requires a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and registration or eligibility with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Clinical experience in mental health and medical social work settings is preferred.

The Social Worker uses professional skills to assist and provide interventions aimed at assisting clients and families cope with health related issues. Under the direction of the Director of Acute Care - Southwest the incumbent will support Program Managers to ensuring the goals and needs of the client are met in keeping with the mission, vision and values of the SHA. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
