Job Description

Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to Primary Health Care clients within the Saskatchewan Health Authority (former Kelsey Trail Health Region)

• Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required

• Education
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

• College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)

• Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships
• Knowledge in nursing process

• Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas.

• Other Information
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work.
• Utilization of electronic medical records is an asset
• Community nursing experience is an asset
• Tisdale is located approximately 40 km east of Melfort
