Provide nursing treatments for clients in the community as ordered by physicians including treatments, dressings, injections, medication dispensing, and personal care. Teach self-care to the client and family members as appropriate to promote independence. Assume on-call responsibilities as assigned. Consult with other care providers and health agencies as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and report client issues to client case coordinator and manager of home care.
