The Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse is responsible for the ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of care for residents. They are accountable for coordinating and evaluating care delivery under the direction of the Director of Care or Nurse Manager.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. The role requires the ability to manage care for residents in a long-term care setting, including those with cognitive impairments.
