A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) are required. Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Reporting to the Manager or designate, the Social Worker provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment, and case coordination services to primarily adult community mental health and addiction population. The Social Worker provides services as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will work collaboratively with community groups, agencies, and other professionals within the community.
