Provide assessment and treatment services for individuals with mood and anxiety disorders within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy primarily in a group format and manage psychiatric follow-up and medication coordination.
Requires a Master of Social Work degree, registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and preferred minimum of three years post-graduate clinical experience. Must have direct experience in mental health or addiction settings and knowledge of emergency psychiatry and crisis intervention.
The Mood and Anxiety Service is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (Until May 2027) Social Worker 2 to join the team. This multidisciplinary, team-based program provides assessment and treatment services for individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, including psychiatric follow-up, medication management, and structured, evidence-based psychotherapy delivered primarily in a group format.
