Perform administrative tasks, client intakes, and daily shelter operations including room checks and cleaning. Provide direct support to residents through informal counseling, case management, and the facilitation of weekly support groups.
Requires 2 years of shelter experience and an educational background in social or human services. Must possess certifications in Toronto Shelter Standards, Naloxone, and CPR/First Aid.

Fred Victor Bethlehem United Shelter is a 70-bed site for women, men and couples who are homeless and facing challenges such as living with severe mental health issues and dealing with substance use. Clients are allowed to have their pets while staying at the shelter.
