Job Description

The Registered Nurse A is responsible to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing. The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the SHA. As a member of the nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
