Qualifications
Diploma, preferably in Social Services.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting vulnerable populations with complex mental health and substance use needs.
Knowledge of case management, trauma-informed practice, and the Residential Tenancy Act.
Skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and counselling.
Ability to support residents in skill development and goal attainment.
Ability to collaborate with staff, clients, families, and community partners.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy and experience with client care information systems.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered approaches
Ability to provide culturally safe and inclusive services to diverse populations, including Indigenous residents

Based in Lift’s Supportive Housing Client Care Office.
Standard schedule of up to 35 hours per week and on-call rotation as needed.
May involve transporting program supplies or resident belongings.
