The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information. They must work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, patient-centered care in a general surgical unit.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a nursing diploma or BScN and be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. A Basic Life Support Level C certificate is required, and experience in Chronic Disease Management is desired.
