The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the Obstetrical Suite. They must integrate quality improvement principles and lean methodology to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Current BCLS certification is required, and extensive experience in high-risk intrapartum nursing is considered an asset.
