The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within the Intensive Care Unit. The role operates under the direction of the Manager of Nursing to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan and hold a BScN or nursing diploma. A Critical Care Nursing (CCN) certificate and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required or preferred.
