Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and provide hearing instrument evaluations, fittings, and ongoing follow-up care. Collaborate with healthcare teams and mentor students or new staff to deliver exceptional client-centered hearing health services.
Requires a Master's Degree in Audiology or a Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification. Candidates must be registered in good standing with the applicable Provincial College or professional association.
Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments Recommending Assistive Listening Devices Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings Providing ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice) Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists (if applicable)
