Occupational Therapist -Q WSIB Shldr/Elbw

Position Summary

• As a dependable clinician in providing Occupational Therapy services can assume new caseloads comfortably and competently
• As an active member of an interdisciplinary team is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to patients
• Work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team including physiotherapists, psychotherapists and psychologist
• Provides Occupational Therapy services in keeping with the College guidelines and Essential Competencies, for clients with deficits in areas of occupational performance
• Participates in Professional Practice meetings as required
• Supervises support personnel, students and volunteers as appropriate
• Participates in program planning, continuous quality improvement and evaluation, thereby contributing to the overall vision/mandate of Trillium Health Centre and Occupational Therapy Services
