Provide direct personal support to patients to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
Must have completed a PSW, HCA, or CCA certification and be able to communicate effectively in English. Experience in long-term care, dementia, and palliative care is preferred, along with access to a reliable vehicle.
The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients to fulfil the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients in accordance to polices, procedure and work routines.
