Newly-graduated Registered Practical Nurses will participate in a 12-week residency program on a specific unit. They will provide clinical care and support within a collaborative interprofessional team to transform mental health services.
Candidates must be eligible for the Nursing Graduate Guarantee Initiative and registered with the CNO or eligible for a temporary license. A diploma and current CPR/BCLS certification are required, with mental health clinical experience considered an asset.

Our team is well-equipped to support your learning and development during your robust 12 weeks residency on one unit with further support in transitioning to nursing roles within CAMH post-residency.
