The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers resident-focused care, including assessing health needs, administering medications, and performing clinical procedures. They also supervise healthcare aides and ensure the unit is properly stocked with necessary supplies.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current CLPNA membership and CPR/BCLS certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the physical ability to perform duties in a clinical setting.
