The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct swallowing and communication assessments and implement interventions in a home-based setting. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, restorative care using digital health platforms.
Candidates must be registered members in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are also required for this community-based role.
