The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct assessments and implement interventions for swallowing and communication disorders in a home-based setting. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, restorative care using digital health platforms.
Candidates must be registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are also required for travel to client homes.
