The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary health care services to individuals and communities in Foam Lake and Theodore. This includes clinical practice, consultation, collaboration with health care professionals, and the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience as an RN in primary care, public health, or acute care, along with specific experience in community development and health promotion.

Under the general direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, and as part of the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) (RN(NP)) is responsible for the provision of primary health care services to individuals, communities, Long Term Care facilities and specific client groups in Foam Lake and Theodore. This is in accordance with evidence based knowledge and advanced nursing practice. This role includes clinical practice, consultation and collaboration with other health care professionals, education, leadership, research, and development of quality improvement initiatives.
