The Clinical Counselor is responsible for the individual follow-up, integration, and social reintegration planning of residents in a substance abuse center. Key duties include conducting structured interventions, performing clinical evaluations, and collaborating with external resources to ensure resident safety and progress.
Candidates must hold a certificate in addiction or a degree in nursing, social work, psychology, criminology, or a related field. Proficiency in crisis intervention and bilingualism (French/English) are considered strong assets.
