Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessments, preventive screenings, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold an MD degree with a completed Family Medicine residency and possess or be eligible for a CPSO license. CCFP certification is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in EMR systems.
