Provide comprehensive primary care and specialized women's health services, including assessments, screenings, and chronic condition management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an MD degree with a completed Family Medicine residency and possess or be eligible for a CPSO license. CCFP certification is preferred, along with CMPA coverage and proficiency in EMR systems.
