Candidates must possess a PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced scientific qualification. Experience as an MSL or in a medical-based pharmaceutical role is required, along with the ability to communicate complex scientific data.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison or Senior Medical Science Liaison – Specialty to join our Medical Affairs team, based in Victoria. In this role, you will engage in high-quality scientific exchange with external experts across a complex and evolving specialty landscape, supporting our growing haematology portfolio and pipeline. You will work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Brand and Clinical teams, providing insights that help shape strategy and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining trusted scientific relationships with external experts Delivering high-quality scientific exchange on disease areas and emerging data Providing insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy Supporting scientific meetings, advisory boards and congress activities Responding to unsolicited medical information requests in line with policy About you We are looking for a scientifically curious and confident medical professional who thrives in a fast-moving, complex therapeutic environment. You will bring: PhD, MD or equivalent advanced scientific qualification Experience in an MSL or medical-based role within pharmaceuticals Strong capability in communicating complex and evolving scientific data Ability to build credibility with highly specialised external experts A collaborative mindset and cross-functional influence Why join us?
