The incumbent manages patient nutrition care by developing and implementing nutrition care plans and providing diet counselling. They also act as a nutrition consultant to the healthcare team and provide educational experiences for dietetic interns.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Dietetic Internship certificate. Registration or eligibility for registration with the Dietitians of Canada and the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians is required.
