About the Role

You will provide direct person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care while assessing, planning and coordinating services to meet individual patient needs. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to quality improvement activities, and support safe and effective care delivery. You will also provide health education, support learning for students and new staff, and contribute to positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

About You

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload and provide safe, consumer and family-centred care.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in line with professional standards.
