About the Role

You will provide person-centred nursing care across a variety of healthcare settings, supporting assessment, care planning and coordination of services to achieve positive consumer outcomes. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to quality improvement, health promotion and evidence-based practice while supporting the development of less experienced staff and students.

About You

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with appropriate standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of quality improvement systems, relevant legislation, standards and professional practice requirements.
