The Rehabilitation Assistant will provide shared administrative support functions within a team environment and assist Physiotherapists with their caseloads, which includes acting as a liaison between the client and the therapist. Daily tasks involve administrative duties like answering phones, processing orders, photocopying, and managing patient chart packages and audits.
Successful candidates must possess a Kinesiology degree or a PTA/OTA diploma, along with strong computer, analytical, and organizational skills to manage a busy schedule effectively. Essential soft skills include exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to work well both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
