The Physiotherapist Assistant will act as a liaison between the client and the Physiotherapist, assisting with busy caseloads while also ensuring the gym area is free of safety hazards and maintaining a presentable clinic. Duties also include assembling chart packages, processing discharged patient charts, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
Successful candidates should possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, along with strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management abilities. The role requires the capacity to work both independently and in a team, handle pressure, demonstrate strong computer skills, and follow direction well while maintaining autonomy.
