The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They actively participate in a model of care that integrates quality improvement principles and patient family centered care.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or an acceptable nursing diploma. They should also hold a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
