The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, actively participating in a model of care integrating quality improvement principles and advanced technology. Responsibilities include promoting organizational mission, vision, and values by providing safe, quality nursing care to clients.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or a Nursing diploma, along with a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS), and must be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). Successful completion of dialysis training is mandatory, and a Nephrology nursing certificate is preferred.
