Complex Care Workers will assist clients who have experienced trauma or complex medical diagnoses with Activities of Daily Living, ensuring safety during community and home-based activities, and managing behavioral concerns. Other duties include organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, and hygiene care.
Candidates must possess valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification, a smartphone with a data plan, and a Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last six months. Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, can work independently, and have a passion for making a difference in clients' lives.
