Respond immediately to client emergencies and the emergency response system; assess and acquire assistance from registered staff if necessary. Input into client care plan and assessment and complete required documentation in PCC. Assist with orientation of new staff members and students. Participate in educational in-services, identify personal and group educational needs, and set work-related goals with the Supervisor. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Perform other duties as assigned, including redeployment in emergency situations. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Retirement Home Act and related County of Simcoe policies
