Document care plans and reassessments in the patient’s medical record to meet program standards. Collaborate with other health care team members regarding nutritional care. Maintain workload measurement statistics. Participate in development, implementation, and communication of oncology nutrition practice standards and clinical practice guidelines. Provide education and consultation related to oncology nutrition to BC Cancer staff, community partners, and academic institutions.
