Sonographers work with the Philips Epiq unit that was purchased in 2015. Our team works closely with off-site Radiologists through teleradiography. Revelstoke is a vibrant community with many young families and outdoor enthusiasts; therefore obstetrics and MSK ultrasound make up a routine portion of our work. This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until the return of the incumbent. Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating day and evenings. Ready to love where you live and work? Apply Today! Qualfications Graduate of a recognized/accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasonography). Current certification with Sonography Canada as required for the assigned practice area (such as, Generalist and/or Cardiac) and/or current certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as required for the assigned practice area (such as, Abdomen/Small Parts, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Cardiac, and/or Vascular) or be certified with Sonography Canada and have passed the Sonography Canada Skills Assessment (CCSA). Eligible for membership with Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS.
Graduate of a recognized or accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Ultrasonography program. Current certification with Sonography Canada for the assigned practice area, or current certification with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Alternatively, certification with Sonography Canada and successful completion of the Sonography Canada Skills Assessment. Eligible for membership with Sonography Canada and/or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
