Obstetrician/gynecologist roles in British Columbia can attract interest because they combine specialist practice with essential maternity and women’s health services; competition may reflect provincial licensing requirements and the need for obstetric and gynecologic experience. Before applying, confirm the employer’s complete qualifications, on-call expectations, and licensing pathway, especially if you are an international medical graduate.
