If you were working for us as an RPN, here are some of the things you would have done last week: Built genuine connections with residents—"making meaningful moments” part of every shift. Led your care team by delivering a clear, focused shift report, supervising and mentoring PSWs, and driving the priorities of the day. Assessed, planned, and delivered care for residents with complex needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. Administered medications safely and accurately, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Managed and documented pressure injuries using enhanced digital photography to track healing and drive better outcomes. Practiced to your full scope of nursing, performing therapies such as subcutaneous hypodermoclysis, IV therapy, and wound care treatments. Partnered with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists to adjust care plans and improve resident well-being. Completed timely, accurate documentation and using using technology to keep care plans current, ensuring the whole team had instant access to the right information. Supported and educated families during challenging moments, creating meaningful moments of reassurance and trust. Mentored new colleagues and students, sharing knowledge and building a strong, supportive care culture. Participated in quality improvement huddles—your ideas directly shaped how we deliver care. Ended your shift knowing you made someone’s day better—not just through expert clinical care, but through moments that truly matter. Candidates must hold a valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing. Additionally, a Vulnerable Sector Screening check and an updated TB 2-step test are required for employment.
To be hired into this role, you must have: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months TB 2 Step updated within the last year
