Grade 12 and two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Requires knowledge of medical terminology, keyboarding at 45 words per minute, effective communication, interpersonal skills, office equipment operation, physical ability to perform the duties, and organizational ability.
