The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive resident assessments, monitor health status, and administer medications and treatments. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR system.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Active, unencumbered RN license in Iowa (or a valid Multi-State/Compact RN License).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
