The LPN will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine wound care for residents in a skilled nursing environment. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team to manage chronic conditions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Active Iowa LPN license or a valid compact/multistate LPN license.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
1+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Strong communication skills and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
