Case Manager

• Experience & education required
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in social services or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct service experience supporting adults with psychiatric disabilities, preferably within a community mental health setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to anti-racist, anti-oppressive, non-homophobic practice and recovery-oriented care.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
