About the role

The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting resident suites and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment. They also manage waste disposal and maintain the organization and safety of utility and storage rooms.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Clean, dust, and disinfect resident suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture, and kitchenettes
  • Maintain cleanliness in all common areas and offices
  • Collect and dispose of garbage safely and efficiently
  • Operate floor machines and robots
  • Keep utility and storage rooms organized, clean, and safe
  • Follow all health, safety, and infection prevention protocols
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Secondary School education or relevant experience
  • Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a residential or healthcare setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to exceeding expectations
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain a safe, efficient work environment
