Catholic Social Services is looking for someone who is confident, motivated, non-judgmental, and can provide excellent person-centered care with vulnerable families in Saskatchewan.

Join us in building a team to serve Lloydminster, North Battleford, Saskatoon, Humbolt, Kindersley, and Rosetown areas.

Job Summary: Hours are a rotational 24/7 flexible schedule, with requirement to work evenings and weekends and ability to flex hours Will be on a rotational On Call schedule including additional on call reimbursement Travel is required Provide intensive short-term interventions through direct and in-direct service hours.

Services include crisis intervention, parenting education, skill building, and advocacy.

Experience required in supporting people with crisis intervention, addictions, mental health, cultural connections, in-home supports, parenting skills, life skills, advocacy, mentorship, and community information and referrals to assist families in developing a support system.

You will have confidence in connecting with internal and external stakeholders as well as superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Coordinate support services to families that may include conducting initial assessments, service planning, and follow up meetings to verify that the needs and requirements of families are being met.

What This Job Requires: Diploma or Degree in Human Services (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience working with families, high risk behaviors, addictions, mental health Experience providing crisis intervention Available to work rotational evenings and weekends Available to be on rotation schedule with On Call Team Valid First Aid Vulnerable Sector Check from local RCMP or city police detachment Child Intervention Record Check (For Alberta residents) Clear and Current Drivers Abstract A vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license – requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle Proof of Vehicle Insurance showing $2 million liability coverage Proof of Vehicle Registration for insured vehicle

Requirements

Requires a diploma or degree in Human Services and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with families in crisis. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and the ability to work a flexible, rotational 24/7 schedule.
