For full time and permanent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions, recruitment bonuses include: $3,000 on start date, $3,000 at 6 months of service, $5,000 at 1 year of service, and $7,000 at 2 years of service. Reporting to the Nurse Manager Surgical Services , the Surgical Flow Coordinator (SFC) is responsible for optimized scheduling of surgical procedures at Qikiqtani General Hospital (QGH) that assures a safe, efficient, end-to-end perioperative client experience. The incumbent communicates with hospital clinics and territorial health services to determine and coordinate the clients’ needs and access to surgical services. These include that preoperative assessment is done, travel arrangements are complete, the time and date of the surgical procedure is explained and agreed upon by the client.
