Qualfications Current registration as a pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia; Certification of completion of an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency program (ACPR1); OR A combination of at least one year of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience and recognized advanced education courses; OR A combination of at least 3 years of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience and an equivalent combination of training, knowledge and experience; Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
Current registration as a pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Certification of completion of an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency program (ACPR1); OR.
At least one year of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience plus recognized advanced education courses; OR.
At least 3 years of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience plus an equivalent combination of training, knowledge and experience.
