Soar community services is seeking a registered practical nurse (Rpn) to join our withdrawal management & treatment services (Wmts) team. In this bed-Based setting, you will provide direct nursing care to clients accessing withdrawal management and treatment services, working to your full scope of practice.
This role offers meaningful, relationship-based care with a smaller caseload, greater professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in an underserved area of healthcare. You will work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on safe, compassionate, and evidence-informed care throughout the client’s treatment journey.

Starting at $30.29 hourly

Full-time, 36 hours/week rotating day and afternoon shifts (every other weekend; no overnights)
Candidates must hold a Registered Practical Nurse diploma and be registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Strong knowledge of CNO standards, valid First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to manage exposure to trauma are required.
