Provide direct nursing care and professional support to participants in the qathet Complex Care Housing program.
Assess participants' health needs.
Deliver trauma-informed interventions.
Support harm reduction and relapse prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to improve housing and health outcomes.
Provide withdrawal management and stabilization support.
Administer and monitor medications.
Observe symptoms/behaviours and escalate/report as needed.
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation using trauma-informed practice.
Provide recovery-focused education/counselling.
Support case management and transitions of care between program and community services.
Maintain documentation and health information management (charts, stats, reports).
Support safety and risk management (violence prevention, infection control, OH&S).
Contribute to quality improvement, team problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Perform equipment checks and basic housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
