The student will provide case management, life skill programming, and counselling support to residents in a transitional housing program. They will also assist in coordinating support services and maintaining accurate documentation according to agency standards.
Reporting to the assigned Placement Supervisor and Program Manager, the student will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing life skill programming, case management and issue specific counselling support to residents who are adults who currently enrolled transitional housing program.
Will report directly to Supervisor or Manager. Also will connect with the specialist on site and will be shadowing them.
