Ontario PSW roles remain consistently needed

Personal Support Worker roles in Ontario are typically in steady demand across long-term care, home care, and community settings, especially for candidates who can work non-traditional hours and travel when needed. This role is competitive because employers often look for a valid PSW certificate or equivalent, a driver’s license, and flexibility, while benefits like health and dental coverage, paid orientation, and continuing education can improve the overall offer.
